"I have experience with PT, not my first rodeo. I wish to tell you this has been my best experience so far. Jay the primary Physical Therapist knows and cares. He pays individual attention to each patient and keeps his eyes on your movement. He gives a gentle nudge to fine-tune his direction for an exercise. That, is very caring! Also a shout-out to Jina, his receptionist. She is kind and accommodating. As a massage therapist for 30 years, and dealing with physical pain, I can’t recommend Jay enough."
