Jay M. Patel, MPT, is a highly respected Physical Therapist with over two decades of experience dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal health and mobility. A graduate of RGUHS, Bangalore, India (2003), and holding a Master’s in Orthopedics and Sports Physical Therapy from Manipal University (2009), Jay has deep-rooted expertise in complex musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions.

After a successful career owning and operating private clinics in India, and serving as a Sports Physio for elite cricket teams, Jay brought his extensive knowledge to the U.S. in 2010. Following clinical roles in New York and Pennsylvania, he realized his lifelong dream by establishing his own practice in Levittown, PA, in 2017, quickly expanding to a second location.

Notably, Jay is the first and only Physical Therapist in Lower Bucks County specializing in TMJ pathologies and sports injuries, offering unique and effective solutions for these challenging conditions. His treatment philosophy centers on individualized, evidence-based care, combining advanced therapeutic techniques (including Mulligan’s, Neurodynamics, and Taping) with comprehensive patient education.

A dedicated mentor, Jay also serves as a clinical instructor for local university PT and PTA programs. He lives in Pennsylvania with his wife and two daughters and enjoys cricket, volleyball, hiking, and traveling.
