Jay Patel, PT, MS, is a licensed Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Texas, bringing over 18 years of advanced clinical experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports injury management, vestibular therapy, neurological rehab, post-surgical recovery, and TMJ dysfunction. He is widely recognized as the only TMJ Specialist in the Lower Bucks area, providing highly specialized care for complex jaw and facial pain conditions.
Jay has worked across leading outpatient clinics and healthcare systems, serving as a Clinic Director and Senior Physical Therapist before founding Physiomove Physical Therapy. His evidence-based treatment approach combines manual therapy, functional movement training, and patient education to ensure long-term results—not just symptom relief. He has also presented research internationally and continues to stay active in advancing clinical practice through teaching roles and ongoing professional development.

To evaluate, diagnose and develop a treatment plan for pre and post-operative orthopedic, neurological, GI conditions, Parkinson’s, dementia, geriatric, sports injury rehabilitation, TMJ disorder, vestibular rehabilitation pts ranging from early teens to life span.

Ensures compliance with a medical records to ensure it is accurate and concise; meets governmental and third party payer requirements; minimizes duplication; reflects a clear picture of the patient problems, the therapist’s intervention, and the patient outcomes.

Grishma Raval, PT, MPT (Cardiopulmonary Conditions) is a licensed Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania and New York with clinical training in cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, musculoskeletal disorders, neurological disorders, geriatric care, and postoperative recovery. Her professional background includes outpatient orthopedics, ICU-level cardiopulmonary management, pediatric therapy, and community-based rehabilitation programs.

Grishma has extensive experience delivering evidence-based interventions, including airway clearance techniques, post-surgical cardiopulmonary rehab, chronic respiratory condition management, neuromuscular re-education, gait and balance retraining, and functional mobility restoration.
Prior to practicing in the United States, she served as a Physical Therapy Faculty Member in India and provided clinical services in cardiopulmonary and geriatric outpatient departments, intensive care units, and community rehabilitation for the Border Security Force (BSF).
Her practice emphasizes clinical precision, functional outcome improvement, and individualized treatment planning to optimize patient recovery and long-term health outcomes.
